- How much is postage? There is free postage on all UK delivered orders over £20 and just £1.49 below that. Orders abroad do cost more?
- Do you post aboard? Yes we do - Please remember all the prices are listed in GBP £. When you check out out please change the shipping method to Europe or Worldwide and your postage will be calculated.
- How long is delivery? Most orders arrive in 1 - 3 days. For UK orders we use 1st Class Royal Mail post or Interlink next day.
- Is it in stock? Yes, everything you see on our website should be in stock. Occasionaly there stock errors, should this occur you will be notified.
- Can I pay by cheque? Yes, please select the cross stitch pattens you wish to order and order online. At the page where it says 'Click Here to Pay by Card' scroll down and it allows you to pay by cheque. It will reserve your order for 7 days until we receive your cheque made payable to World Ideas Ltd.
- Will my Details be kept Confidential? All details are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or rent any details to any other party.
When your order is processed, World Pay will have access to your credit card details which are processed on a secure site. WorldPay is used by some of the countries leading companies. They have their own strict confidentiality agreements. World Pay is the only company that will have access to your credit card details - we do not even have access to this information!
- What Is Your Returns Policy? A full refund is given on any cross stitch item that is returned in a resalable condition (this means that it must be unopened). If you receive a cross stitch kit that is damaged or faulty, you will receive a replacement.
