We aim to make your experience with 'All Cross Stitch' as easy as possible. We hope that you find our online ordering system easy to use.
If you have never ordered over the internet before you may like to read the information below. It explains how everything works and gives you details about our security policies.
How To Order Your Cross Stitch:
After clicking any link on the left you are taken to a page that will display all of our jigsaws under that particular category.
To order, simply click the small square box next to the quantity box. A tick will then appear.
Click the puzzles you would like to purchase, and then click the 'Order selected Products' button at the bottom of the page.
You are then taken to a page that shows you the puzzles you have ordered so far and their cost. You are then able to remove any puzzles you no longer want by clicking the box and clicking on the 'Recalculate' button.
If you want to continue shopping for more jigsaws click on the 'Continue Shopping' button.
When you finished choosing your Cross Stitch click on the 'Proceed To Checkout' button.
We will then ask you for a few details. This is necessary for us to process your order. If you have used us before you can simply login and you will not need to write out your details again.
If you have joined our mailing list, you will be able to type your discount coupon or gift voucher in the space at the bottom of the page.
Don't forget to select your postal requirements from the drop down box on the right.
You are then taken to the final page. This shows all your discounts and any postal costs included. Please click the 'continue' button if everything is correct.

95% of orders are received within 2 or 3 days of placing the order for UK deliveriers. If you have not recieved your jigsaw within 7 days please contact us - Deliveries@allcrossstitch.co.uk
Your Online Ordering Security
All credit cards are processed using World Pay PLC (Click Here for more information about World Pay). Staff at all Cross Stitch have no access to your credit card information as all card transactions are carried out using SSL technology.
The services of World Pay are also used by John Lewis, Oxfam, Amnesty International, Carlton Television, Blacks Outdoor Leisure, Scottish & Newcastle, Halifax Card Services, Financial Times, Xerox, Dollar Rent a Car, Penguin Books, Shell, Freeserve, Virgin Net... to name a few. One common question we are often asked is - If I key in my card details at home or in the office, surely they are not encrypted until after they arrive at the WorldPay system?
Using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay unique encryption systems, this is not actually the case. When the shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the submit button, their details are not sent straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving the shoppers premises.
WorldPay use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used.
